How far is Cranbury Court from the town centre?
We are centrally located, only 400m from Queenstown town centre, which is an easy 5 to 10 minute walk.
How do I get to Cranbury Court?
Our address is 19-23 Gorge Road which is a 20 minute drive from Queenstown Airport. We do not provide an airport shuttle but please contact us for further information if you require it.
Do you serve food?
No we do not serve food but have two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk from Cranbury Court.
I’m travelling with friends or a large family. Can we stay together?
We have lots of different accommodation options from a 1 Bedroom Apartment comfortably sleeping 2 up to our large Superior 3 Bedroom apartment which sleeps up to 8 people, ensuring you can all stay together and make the most of your time in Queenstown.
Are your apartments serviced daily?
No they are unserviced apartments. Daily servicing is an optional extra and can be selected during your booking process.
Are your apartments suitable for large groups:?
We handle enquiries for more than 10 guests on a case by case basis and have separate Group Policies. Please contact us for more details.
Do you have a minimum age requirement
Yes, the registered guest must be 25 years or over. It is best to contact us directly if you have any queries regarding this policy.
Do you have WIFI at Cranbury Court?
Yes, all apartments have free WIFI for your use during your stay. While we have a data allowance, most guests find it sufficient for their needs. We do not provide free WIFI for live-streaming of video.
Is there parking on site?
Each apartment comes with one complimentary parking spot. Whilst we do have some extra carparks, these are subject to availability.
Can I hold an event in my apartment?
No, we don’t allow parties or events in the apartments, including Hens or Stag groups. These policies are strictly enforced to ensure a relaxed stay for all guests.
Are your apartments suitable for wheelchairs or restricted mobility visitors?
Unfortunately not at this stage. We are happy to assist you where we can; please contact reception if you have any specific requirements we can try and assist with.
Are you environmentally friendly?
Our Housekeeping Team are passionate about our ENJO Chemical Free cleaning system, we provide recycle bins and limit the use of plastic bags in the apartments. We are also working towards having a 100% paperless Reception and office by 2019.
