  • Reception is not staffed and open limited hours. We are always available by phone or email.

  • After-Hours: For lock-outs and emergencies after-hours, please call 027 236 5627. Fees may apply.

  • Apartments are not serviced daily. If you wish to book a Service during your stay, please give us prior notice and fees apply.

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for the full conditions of your stay with us. You have agreed to these conditions when booking a stay with us.


wireless internet

  • Free, unlimited Wi-fi is available. Login information is displayed on the fridge in your apartment.


temperature control

  • Heaters, heat pumps, electric blankets are provided for your comfort.

  • Please turn electric blankets off when not in use and turn heaters and heat pumps to low when leaving the apartment for the day.

  • Do not cover heaters with clothing or any other items as this could cause a fire and/or damage.

  • Please turn all heating devices off when you check-out.

  • During summer, we recommend opening windows and skylights to allow for cross ventilation, and using the fans provided to cool down the apartments.


hot water

  • Each unit has its own hot water cylinder. During winter, heavy demand on power may result in water not reheating quickly.

  • Staggered baths and showers and using cold water for washing clothes is recommended.
